Captain Sunset Bar is one of the best bars and restaurants in Mexico. Other possibilities presented themselves, but Captains were open and offering the same excellent food and drink that Baja Charter’s maritime activities are known for. For instance, Baja Cat offers 5-star private charters and excursions practically every day while they are out on the ocean.

But by 3:00 PM on most days of the week, this excellent sailing catamaran is securely back in her berth. Thus, Captains’ Sunset Cruises were able to begin since they were just a short distance from Baja Cat and the catamaran was usually accessible in the late afternoon and early evening. This was a win-win because, let’s face it, there is nowhere else in the world with more stunning sunsets than La Paz.
